Misteriya dinləri, misteriya kultları, müqəddəs misteriyalar və ya sadəcə misteriyalar — iştirakı üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş dini məktəblər. Bu dinin əsas xüsusiyyəti, kənar şəxslərə açıqlanmayan inisiasiya və ritual təcrübə ilə əlaqəli məxfilikdir. Yunan-Roma antik dövrünün ən məşhur sirləri Qədim Yunanıstanda qaranlıq əsrlərdən əvvəl yaranmış Elevsin misteriyaları idi. Misteriya məktəbləri son qədim dövrdə çiçəklənmişdir.
