Kheşanın mühasirəsi və ya Kheşan döyüşü (ing. Battle of Khe Sanh) — Vyetnam müharibəsi zamanı Kheşan hərbi bazası uğrunda Vyetnam Xalq Ordusu ilə ABŞ dəniz piyadaları korpusu arasında döyüş. Amerika tarixşünaslığına görə, Kheşanın mühasirəsi müharibədə ABŞ qüvvələrinin iştirak etdiyi ən uzunmüddətli döyüşü olmuşdu və bazanı müdafiə edən dəniz piyadalarının qələbəsi ilə başa çatmışdı.
