Yoqaçara (sanskr. योगाचार, yogāchāraIAST, çin. 瑜伽派; hərfi mənada – «yoqanın tətbiqi»), həmçinin vicnyanavada (hərfi mənada – "şüur təlimi"), vicnyaptimatra (hərfi mənada – "ideya təlimi") və çittamatra (hərfi mənada – "yalnız idrak") — mahayana buddizmində meditativ və yogik təcrübələrin daxili obyektivindən idrak, qavrayış və şüurun öyrənilməsini vurğulayan təsirli və psixologiya ənənəsi. Əsas nümayəndələri (IV əsr), (V əsr), (VI əsr) və (VII–VIII əsrlər) olmuşdur. Buddizm ideyasını fərdin psixi mövcudluğunun yeganə reallığı haqqında konkretləşdirən yoqaralar hər hansı məzmundan mücərrədləşdirilmiş saf şüurun (vicnana) müstəsna əhəmiyyəti konsepsiyasını inkişaf etdirmişdilər. İnsan istəklərinin hədəfi olan bu vəziyyətdə qalmaq bodhi (hərfi mənada – maarifləndirmə) və ya nirvanadır. Buna nail olmağın əsas vasitələrindən biri də yoqa təcrübəsidir.
