Riçards 1833-cü il noyabrın 14-də Pensilvaniya ştatının Filadelfiya şəhərində anadan olub. O, 1846 və 1847-ci illərdə yaşadığı yerdə Mərkəzi Liseydə oxuyub.

Karyerası
