Frakiya dili — qədim dövrdə Cənub-Şərqi Avropada tərəfindən danışılan, zəif tədqiq olunmuş ölü dil. Frakiya dilinin linqvistik yaxınlıqları zəif başa düşülür, lakin satem xüsusiyyətləri səbəbindən ümumi mənzərədə onun Hind-Avropa dili olduğu qəbul edilir.

Frakiya dili və ya dilləri indiki Bolqarıstan, Rumıniya, Şimali Makedoniya, Yunanıstanın şimalı, Avropa Türkiyəsi və bölgələrində danışılırdı. Frakiya dilinin nə vaxt ölü dilə çevrildiyi mübahisə mövzusudur. Bununla belə, b.e. VI əsrində Frakiya dilinin hələ də istifadə olunduğu ümumi qəbul edilir.
